Trendys Real Estate is a commercial property consultancy in Dubai. A team of fewer than ten, acting on offices, retail, showrooms, warehousing, industrial units, income buildings and land — so every occupier and investor deals directly with a consultant who has stood in every unit on the books.

Small by design
Fewer than ten people work here, and that is the point. Nothing on our books is anonymous inventory — someone in this office has stood in every unit we represent.

Fewer instructions, better answers
We would rather represent thirty buildings properly than three hundred nominally. When you ask about the substation, the service charge or what the licence actually permits, you get an answer, not a callback.

On your side of the table
The heads of terms are where a lease is won or lost. We price the incentive against the term, read the dilapidations clause before you sign it, and say plainly when renewing where you are beats moving.
